1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on mmMastery.pro or utilizing the Materia Arena, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these guidelines, you may not register or play.

2. User Accounts & Affiliation

You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information, specifically regarding geographic location and institutional/college affiliations.

College affiliations are subject to lock-in cooldowns (e.g. 180 days) to prevent leaderboard manipulation. Spoofing or misrepresenting credentials may result in leaderboard disqualification or profile bans.

3. Premium Transactions & Billing

Transactions for subscriptions, food refill items, or gem vaults are processed securely through Razorpay. All transactions are final.

Subscriptions grant user Pro privileges (higher energy capacity and priority refill rates) for the specified cycle. Pro trials are strictly limited to one-time use per user profile.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bots, script injection, multi-accounting in competitive Arena matches, or scraping textbook databases. Any detection of suspicious activity will result in immediate termination of the associated profile without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The Materia Medica texts, symptom databases, game mechanics, and visual layouts are protected by copyright law. Library catalog contents are meant for personal study and research verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

mmMastery.pro is an educational gaming ecosystem. It is not a clinical diagnosis tool and does not prescribe treatments. We are not liable for any real-world medical practices or studies influenced by the game data.
